We primarily use Email, Twitter, Facebook and our Blog to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of communication to a minimum. Non-Personal Identification Information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilised and other similar information.

Raffle Hunter Campaign Users

Companies that use Raffle Hunter to run campaigns may require users to supply certain information to them.

Name + Email

By default each campaign will collect basic login information from users that includes their full name and email address. By entering campaigns you are accepting that campaign owners will have access to the information you provide.

Social Logins

Raffle Hunter also allows you to connect social accounts to your profile. Companies that have social logins enabled on their Campaigns will be able to see information related to accounts that you connect. This includes but is not limited to your social profile URL's and associated profile photos.

• Raffle Hunter will never use or post to these accounts without your permission and will always require your interaction with the widget to execute any specific actions.
• Raffle Hunter will only ever use information that you have made public or allowed us to access.
• Raffle Hunter does not know or store any passwords associated with your social accounts.
• If you wish to remove the link between Raffle Hunter and any social network, you can remove the Raffle Hunter Competitions app inside that specific social network.

Existing Users

Raffle Hunter is a distrubuted platform, which means that if a user is already logged into our widget they will continue to stay logged in across other Campaigns owned by other Companies.

Raffle Hunter does not provide any personal information to Companies that run contests until you complete at least 1 action in their Campaign. This means that you do not expose any personal information to Companies until you actively participate in a Campaign.

Cookies

Our Site may use Cookies to enhance User experience. User's web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site and Campaigns may not function properly.

Campaigns use Cookies to track information about users in order to serve them content. This includes but is not limited to:

• Tracking logged in users across multiple Campaigns.
• Tracking Viral Share users.
• Tracking browser behaviours to show Capture campaigns.
• Tracking mouse movements to trigger exit campaigns.
• Tracked users referred by our Referral Program

Information Security

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete, up-to-date and relevant and stored securely. Raffle Hunter uses Stripe to process our credit card payments and no credit card details are stored on our servers. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.

How We Use Collected Information

Raffle Hunter may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

• To improve customer service: Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
• To run a promotion, contest, survey or other Site feature: To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.
• To send periodic emails: We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests.

• Administer referral programs, rewards, surveys, sweepstakes, contests, or other promotional activities or events sponsored or managed by Raffle Hunter or its third party business partners.

SHARING & DISCLOSURE

With Your Consent

We may share your information at your direction or as described at the time of sharing, such as when you authorize a third party application or website to access your Raffle Hunter Account.

We don’t share your billing and payout information with other Users or Sponsors

Profiles, Listings, and other Public Information

The Raffle Hunter Platform lets you publish information that is visible to the general public. For example:

• Parts of your public profile page, such as your first name, your description, and city, are publicly visible to others.
• Public Listing pages are publicly visible and include information such as the Accommodation or Experience’s approximate location (neighborhood and city), Listing description, calendar availability, the Sponsor public profile photo, aggregated demand information (like page views over a period of time), and any additional information the Sponsor chooses to share.
• After completing a raffle entry, Users and Sponsors may write reviews and rate each other. Reviews are a part of your public profile page.
• If you submit content in a public forum or social media post, or use a similar feature on the Raffle Hunter Platform, that content is publicly visible.

Information you share publicly on the Raffle Hunter Platform may be indexed through third party search engines. In some cases, you may opt-out of this feature in your Account settings. If you change your settings or your public-facing content, these search engines may not update their databases. We do not control the practices of third party search engines, and they may use caches containing your outdated information.

Compliance With Children's Online Privacy Protection Act

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

Business Transfers

In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that are transferred. Moreover, if Raffle Hunter, or substantially all of its assets were to be acquired, or in the unlikely event that Raffle Hunter goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, customer information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.
